My second novel in Arabic came out recently. It was among the titles presented at the 26th edition of Muscat International Book Fair which concluded on March 5. Titled “The Different Faces of Memory” and following the line of a biographical narrative,” it explores the special kind of “memories” that stem from events that never took place or, alternatively, that are projected into the future. A parallel theme is the subjective perception of time flow.
A notable fact is that this is the second fictional book I wrote in Arabic as a non-native language.
